Health Tips for Healthy Living!

Cholesterol and Lifestyle Changes

Tips for changing your lifestyle include:

  • Reduce or eliminate coffee from your diet.  Even decaffeinated coffee and regular coffee have been linked to elevated cholesterol levels.
  • Stop smoking.  Smoking puts toxic levels of contaminants in your body which effects literally every organ and your entire being.
  • Get physically active.  If you don't exercise, start with a daily walk.  Experts recommend at least 20-30 minutes per day in some form of exercise.
  • Drink more water. Choose natural spring water and avoid distilled and/or purified water.  Distilled and purified waters leach minerals out of your system.  Experts recommend 8-10 glasses of water every day.

If lifestyle changes and diet don't reduce your cholesterol levels, supplements are available to help.
